CATERING...Service Styles
We are able to offer you a wide range of service styles and specialty services to ensure an event that meets your needs, your expectations and your budget. It is always your option to enhance your event by selecting from among our "Specialty Services" to create a custom event.

Coffee, luncheon, and break service menu pricing includes the following:
- Menu/Beverages: As selected and priced
- Linen and Skirting: Buffet linens/skirting are included in the menu pricing, this does not include table linens or napkins. (These can be added for an additional charge.)
- China, Glassware, and Flatware: Superior quality plastic products are the standard option. If you wish to provide upgraded tableware (china, glassware, and flatware) for events there will be additonal charges. If your order cannot be fulfilled from the existing inventory, it will be necessary to rent these items. Your catering representative will be ale to provide additonal information and pricing options.
- Custom Floral Arrangements: Many customers want to accent their event with special flowers, garland, plants or dramatic centerpieces. We delight in working with you to add the beauty only fresh florals can bring. Prices may vary depending on season, availaibility, and type of event. Minimum charge $25 and up.Estimates provided upon request.
- Dˇcor Accents: Catered events range from the ordinary to the spectacular, the addition of a dash of imaginition along with dˇcor accents can help make magic happen for your event. Our creative experts will be happy to suggest the right touches, to make this magic happen for your event.Estimates provided upon request.
- Room Reservations and all non-food equipment should be arranged through the Office of Student Affairs at extension 2594, two weeks prior to your event. This includes all tables needed for your food service events. Please allow a minimum 1 hour for set-ups for regular beverage and food service and 2 1/2 hours for special functions.Please remember to schedule a clean-up time for all events.
Additional Charges:
ALL MENU PRICES REFLECT DROP OFF BUFFET SERVICE ONLY. INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE ARE ALL DISPOSABLE BLACK PLASTIC, PLASTIC UTENSILS, NAPKINS AND APPROPRIATE CONDIMENTS. THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE BUFFET TABLES WILL BE DRESSED APPROPRIATELY. ANY ADDITIONAL TABLES MAY BE COVERED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $5.00 PER TABLE. FOR EVENING, HOLIDAY, CHINA AND WEEKEND LABOR THE FOLLOWING LABOR CHARGES WILL APPLY. EVENTS THAT BEGIN AFTER 3:00 P.M. ON WEEKDAYS ON ALL WEEKEND AND HOLIDAYS AN $11.00 PER HOUR CHARGE FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS PER ATTENDANT.
